Shipping policy

Shipping/Postage is usually by Australia Post - Satchels.
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
*At this stage we do not ship internationally - Please email us and we can work out an individual cost if you are interested in purchasing an item!
** If you would prefer alternative shipping, via courier/pickup instore please contact us to discuss prior to completing your purchase.

Due to business opening days, All Orders are usually dispatched only on Monday's & Friday's. This may vary due to Public Holidays, wherein dispatch will be at the next possible convenient day.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to Australia Post delivery schedules, but depending on location it can be from 2-10 days. We are more than happy to write instructions for your order delivery as required. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home, responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless, over the delivery method for some reason may choose to deliver on a weekend.
